REFUND & RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased from FEO Deals you have thirty days from your date of delivery to return the product in accordance with the terms below:
i. A return authorization must be requested within thirty days of the delivery of your purchase
ii. You must contact us at customerservice@feodeals.com to request and receive a return authorization
iii. The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product
iv. Return the item and email us back with the return authorization number and the tracking number so we can track your return
v. Return the product to the address provided to receive a refund at your cost within 30 days
vi. Any returned product(s) have to be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). with accessories originally included
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
